I am unable to upgrade my Jotform subscription plan

    je souhaite upgrader mon abonnement en silver mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Pouvez vous m'indiquer comment faire svp ?

    Hi! No need to worry, we'll assist you through this. You'll first need to access your Billing section using this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    On the Billing section, simply press on the upgrade button for the Silver plan. You should see a dialog similar to the one attached below. Click on the "Continue" button and the wizard will guide you further in the upgrade process. If you face any issues, kindly take a screenshot of that error and send it to us; we'll do the needful.

    In this case, please try to upgrade from this URL https://www.jotform.com/pricing/ if you still having issues we need to downgrade the account to free then you can upgrade to silver.
