The link to the download of filled PDFs is received with 0 bytes

    Hello,

    I am trying to download completed forms as filled PDFs but when the confirmation email is received the link takes me to an empty Zip folder. I have tried several times with the same result. Can you help?

    I see that your account is from the EU region and the account not enabled with EU datacenter. I am not sure if this is causing the issue due to logging into your account using a EU domain https://www.jotformeu.com or https://eu.jotform.com

    As I tried sending a PDF download request from our end, it seems to be working fine. Could you check if you are being redirected to EU domain after logging in? If so, please try enabling EU datacenter in the Data section of your account settings
