Jotform continuously loading through the app, and never being able to access the form.

    Many of my employees are experiencing that when they try to open our daily survey in the Jotform app on their phones the page continuously loads and looks like it is resetting every second or so. But it stays stuck in this trap forever. They previously were all able to access the form daily and have been for about 2 weeks. Can you help me to understand what can be done to get it working again? Closing and restarting the app did not help. Also it is not every single person, some still work. Thank you!

    Hi - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    As the issue is only happening on some of your employees, it may have something to do with the device they are using or the version of the app installed.

    Could you please ask them to update to the latest version?

    If in case the issue persists, kindly provide us the Mobile brand and the app version they're using. i.e iPhone 11 - app version 1.13.15

    I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
