I need to downgrade my account, please assist. Thank you!

Hi,

You can downgrade your account by following the steps below;

1-Login to your account and click to your avatar to reach settings option.

2- In the setting menu, you'll able to see the Billing option.

3- When you open the 'Billing' page, there will be several payment options and a starter option. You can downgrade to the starter option and cancel the subscriptions.

When you finish the downgrading, there will be no charge in the following months and your free account status will be activated in the next payment month.
