Lets say I upgrade to the gold plan but in a week or two I decide to downgrade back to silver, will I get refunded?

    Hello! When switching subscription plans, a pro-rated refund of the applicable amount is automatically issued. However, to switch subscriptions, the procedure would be different (specified below) in your case as you made your payment via Paypal.

    1. You'll first need to cancel your paypal subscription by following these instructions: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    2. Then, you'll need to contact us to cancel your Jotform subscription immediately. We'll do it and let you know and in case a pro-rate refund is applicable, we'll process it from our end.

    3. After that, you can purchase your new subscription.

    You'll need to follow the above mentioned procedure whenever you wish to change your subscription plan.
