Nonprofit Discount

Hello,

Our organization is a nonprofit financial cooperative. We are registered as a nonprofit in the state of Kentucky. After reviewing our yearly bill, we noticed that nonprofits receive a 50% discount on forms. How do we go about getting this discount?

Also, the email we received said our account was upgraded to Bronze. We were already in the Bronze tier. We were curious what exactly was updated?

I have checked your account, and you are indeed on the Bronze Yearly Plan. The renewal date is the 27th of June, so I believe this is why you got the email about the subscription.
