Is there a way a survey can be saved, if it hasn't been completed, so that you can return at a later time to finish?

FYI the BOD questionnaire has 56 questions.  If a board member only spends 3 minutes per question it would take well over two hours to complete.  With all due respect, if you want quality/thoughtful responses, this system is not going to be helpful for a survey of this length.  I get online surveys all the time and the ability for a respondent to start one and come back and finish it later is pretty standard, unless it is only like 5 questions long.  It’s akin to an online shopping cart for an e-commerce company - if a customer could not retain what they put into their cart to check out later, they’d be out of business…

    d) You will be required to answer each question, which you will do by "clicking" the answer-box for the question.  All questions have comment boxes for you to enter your comments.  Please note that you will not be allowed to submit your results unless you answer all questions, and each individual questionnaire must be completed during one sitting or your answers will not be saved.

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, it's possible for the users to save their responses and continue to fill out the form whenever they are available. To do this, you can enable the Continue Forms Later option in the Form Settings. Please refer to the attached photo below for your guide:

What does the form say to the person completing the questionnaire now that I have Enabled the "Continue Forms Later"?

Hi, thank you for your response.

A Save button will be added to the last question before the submit button. Also, as per checked on your form, I noticed that you have a lot of questions. I suggest breaking them to one question per page by adding a Page Break field after each question. Please see attached photo for your reference.

    Jovanne,
Should I just go in to Edit Form / Form Designer / Layout / Card Form?
I’m not sure how to do the Page Break after each question because it just goes to the end of the form. It’s not working for me.
I’m new so I don’t want to mess up the form that has already gone out to the Company Board of Directors! Maybe you can help me! One of the Board Members was complaining that he would have to spend hours answering the questionnaires because he wasn’t able to go in and out of the program. I then went into Settings and Enabled “Continue Forms Later” but I don’t see a Save button so that the person knows he can go out of the questionnaire and come back when he has time.

Are you referring to the form https://form.jotform.com/62354306103141? I see that the Save button is being displayed.

If you want to add page break, you may add it from the Form elements as shown below:

If you want to change the form layout to Card form layout, you may change it from the form designer.
