Is there a way to set my form up so that the form field and data in the excel spreadsheet differ?

    For instance, a dropdown can have a number if items starting with numbers: e.g.

    1 - National ID

    2 - Passport.

    In the Excel spreadsheet I only want the number captured.

    Any way to do this?

    Hi, Data in the spreadsheet will be same as that of in the dropdown box. It is not possible to change the data there. Even if you try to change the values in the Spreadsheet manually, it will leads to some integration problem.
