I'd like to use JotForm for data collection and I would like to present the resulting database to another application for data analysis and presentation. I understand the ability to export data in various formats that I could use for the analysis but the analysis program has the ability to connect directly to a web based SQL database. That would allow my analysis program to always be working with "live" data and avoid the manual step of exporting data from my JotForm database.
So, what type of database is used to store my data and can I connect to it directly with an external analysis program? That connection need only be Read Only.

You might want to use either of the following:
1. Send Post Data: How to Insert/Update Submissions to Your MySQL Database Using PHP
3. Jotform API: http://api.jotform.com/docs/
All of these belongs to our Advance Feature. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
