When we type a 9, it is replaced by a dash in the "Price charged excluding VAT", longform text box. This has been raised by multiple people.

I've been performing some tests on your form and was unable to replicate the issue, here is a screenshot about my test:
May you please provide more details about how to replicate the issue?
For example, the browser they are using or if this happens on desktop or mobile.
We will perform some tests in order to replicate the issue on our end and find what may be causing the issue.

Hi, I can't replicate it either but multiple users have mentioned it today. I have uploaded of the issue Here that a user sent me. They were using Windows 10 and Google Chrome.

Thanks for the video, I've tested using Windows 10 and Chrome as well, I just performed some tests using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge; however, I was unable to replicate the same issue.
Since you mentioned that several users have reported the issue, may you confirm if the users are connected to the same network?
If so, this may be related to the keyboard configuration, and they would need to check this with the network administrator in order to see if the computer settings are set up from the server.
You may also ask them to test using incognito mode, this will disable the adds-on installed on the browser and will help to find if there is a specific add-on causing this.
Let us know how it goes.

It's definitely not network based as they're all on different networks. I'll try incognito mode.

I also tried this, but I'm unable to replicate it on my end.
Kindly ask them to disable any add-ons / extensions on their browser or have them try it on other browser and see if they are all able to replicate it.

So it turns out it's something to do with Google Chrome and the Helvetica font. Changed the font and it all works fine.
