    Hello,

Im not sure if this will make sense but what I need to accomplish is this. I have a form with a dropdown that has multiple people that can be chosen. The purpose of the dropdown is to select who is filling out this form.

Lets say there are 5 people on this dropdown that you can select from. right now they can all see the other 4 people on this dropdown field. What I'd like to be able to do is somehow put a password field on this where only once you put in a certain password it would show only that user name.

for instance, you select the field and write in code 004 and then it would show john smith's name in the dropdown but if you wrote in code 008 it would show peter johnson.

    I hope this made sense.

    Thank you

    Hi,

First, asking for a password will automatically be suspended by our anti-phishing tool.

You can try the Spreadsheet to Form widget. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

You will need a spreadsheet with code equals to the name and use the widget to populate the form field.

Please give the widget a try and let us know if you need further help. Thank you.
