    Hi,

It is possible to share a form with someone by adding them as a sub-user, that person will be able to make changes to the form and see the submissions. Here is a guide on how to do that:

Please note that this feature is only available for paid accounts and you are currently on a free account.

    Hi!

Since we are a non-benefit organization who helps people due to the Covid-19, we have no money to spend on that. We have two forms that it would be great if we could share. Just asking since it would be safer if one of our volunteers also could see the orders and extract the list for the grocerystore.

    regards Ingela

If your purpose is to only share the submissions data of your form, that's possible by sharing your form submissions page with password protection. Guide: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
