Unable to login or we are not able to reset password

    Hi Khyati,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

    I have checked your account contact_contact212 and it seems that you have been temporarily locked out for too many failed login attempts. You have 5 attempts to log in to your account before the system automatically locks you out. 

    Once you are locked out, resetting the password will not solve the issue. You will need to contact our support team to unlock the account.

    With that being said, I have now gone ahead and flushed your login attempts and unlocked your account. Can you kindly attempt to log in to your account once again?
