Yes, this is possible if you configured the Quantity and Special Pricing properly. (Please check the original ticket for more information)

I'm afraid I didn't fully explained my challenge - I wish to limit the number of items for the whole order, not for the specific item

For example -I have 3 products, Want to limit by 10 items 

so client can select 1 from the first product, 4 from the the second. and only 5 from the 3rd

Before submitting he will see the total value of the whole order + number of items from the whole order (Max 10)

If the limit per the whole order is not possible, at least i wish to see total items

Unfortunately, that's not possible. However, you can limit the amount of money that you can collect.

This is the only available on our Order Form at the moment. You can see the Total Quantities ordered for each product.
