Only receiving registration form for one camper per family

Hello, When multiple children are registered from a family I am only receiving the first child.

   Conner Jones was registered, then Troy Jones 5 minutes later. When I look up on Jotform, both registrations are there. But I am only receiving the registration email for the first (Conner).

I am not sure which form you are referring to, the only submissions I can find under the names Connor Jones and Troy Jones are dated to almost one year ago. 

I can find submissions in the form: https://www.jotform.com/20162385455796420 under the names Sarah Billingsley and Catherine Billingsley. There are 5 minutes between these submissions and both were sent to your Email address. You can check your mail log to see that.
