Hi,
The error usually appears when the payment integration in your case PayPal Standard is not connected properly.
It seems that you are using the PayPal Standard integration, correct? I can see that your form is currently integrated into your Paypal account, however, can you verify that you are currently using a business or personal Paypal account?
Kindly note that PayPal Checkout, PayPal Pro, and PayPal Express integrations are used to connect to a business PayPal account. The standard PayPal is used to connect to a personal PayPal account.

My apologies for the confusion, I'm not sure of what do you mean by "copied from and things went through fine", do you mean you cloned the form?
Kindly try to disconnect again the integration then re-integrate it again with your Paypal.
Please also verify if your Paypal account is a personal or business account?
