Webhook data sent to Zapier showing apostrophe as '

I have my form sending a webhook to Zapier. The form submissions that contain apostrophes are displaying them as '.

This formatting is getting passed on to the destination.

Any tips on how I can fix it? It's possible to occur in one of many text fields.

I have cloned your Maintenance Request form and wasn't able to reproduce the issue.

Nonetheless, try adding a Formatter on you Zap (Formatter by Zapier > Text) to fix your issue.

Select Convert valid HTML to Markdown, then select your affected fields as Values.
