I'm able to view your form via direct link https://www.jotform.com/form/201485763968268. Please confirm if you are still unable to view your embedded form on weebly. You may also share the exact URL where the form is embedded so we can test.

For guide on how to embed your form, please check this link https://www.weebly.com/app-center/jotform.

I can see the form in Weebly.  When I click on the form, a pop-up window displays "file not found".  I am unable to edit the form through the app on Weebly.  In addition, the form does appear on my website but it is truncated and not responsive to scrolling.

I just tried to re-add the app on Weebly.  I was unable to do so.  It was trying to connect to https://kenneth.jotform.pro which comes back with "file not found".

I removed the weebly app and used iFrame instead.  Works now.
