Submissions: Keeps disappearing even when restored

    can you please reinstate our submissions they keep disappearing

    I have restored your submissions once again from our end.

    Moreover, I visited your previous tickets and can see that your submissions indeed keep being archived.

    Hello there,

    Apologies for the inconvenience, I've restored your submissions and it should now show the correct count.

    My colleague has already forwarded this problem to our Developers. As soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.

    hi,

    the submissions are gone again. each day its the same thing. how long until this is fixed?

    i need them restored once again, we use these on a daily basis

    Now people arent able to submit a staff case using the link we provide, once you fill out the details and hit submit it just says 'please wait'.

    also normally one a person chooses a staff case their name gets crossed out, this isnt happening now
