How to set a cap, limit, or maximum number for items sold?

I love JotForm but recently hit a snag. I work for a volleyball club that often offers Small Group Training for a maximum number of participants. I haven't been able to find a way to enter an "inventory" or "max number" of items available when selling sessions via JotForm, even when using our Square integration.

Although we use JotForm for everything else, we've actually had to temporarily use SignUpGenius for this purpose, because the platform allow us to set a maximum number of "slots" for each training session, and it shows customers how many slots are remaining, or when a session is full. (See link for reference)

I would much rather use JotForm though, because the transaction fees charged through SignUpGenius's preferred payment vendor, WePay, are outrageous.

Is there a way to set this up similarly in JotForm? We have the Gold plan.

Hello @cluboneaz - We have a similar widgets that you can use to prevent overselling your products or overbooking your events.

    a. Inventory Widget - Used for bulk purchases

    b. Ticket Purchases Widget - Used for single purchases

You can create your products using one of these widgets. Then use a Form Calculation widget to pass the calculation to the payment field (Square).
