Can't view attachments on the submission email

    My client is having a problem with one of the contact forms where she can't view attachments in her email submission because the total size is more than 5MB. How can we fix this issue?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to increase the size limits for attachments. However, your client can view/download attachments using the link included in the email.

    If they are receiving 404 page when they click on the link, you would need to lift privacy settings in your account, which require log-in to review files, here is the link:
