My form says it is over quota, how do I fix this?

    According to my account I haven't hit my quotas for my account but my form has stopped working - can you please tell me what we need to do to fix this?

    Your account have reached the monthly form view quota.

    I've recalculated your form view limit and your forms should now work. The refreshed form view value should reflect onto your account.
