Tracking down the owner of a form or disabling it

    We are unable to track down the owner of the form with URL: https://form.jotform.co/81781046760863

     

    How can it be either disabled or the ownership transferred as we do not know where the results for the given form are stowed? We have built a new form but cannot deploy until this other form has been disabled or its owner located.
