Limited upload space

I have deleted upload space and my form is still not activated

If you wish to free up your upload space...

Check your submission data. If any of your forms accepts file uploads, these files will take up the "Upload Space" limit. You may want to download your submissions and delete some entries to free up space. Please do keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data in our servers.
