Unable to Access Inbox For One Form

    Hi,

    When trying to access the Inbox for Ceremony Attendance Form I receive a padlock and message that I "Don't have permission to view submissions" as per the screenshot?

    It seems to be only this form that has this message when I try and access the inbox from Jotform dashboard?

    Would this prevent submissions from the form to my email?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Your Ceremony Attendance Form doesn't have any submission. Try sending a test submission then view the inbox again.

    If the problem persists, try clearing your browser's cache or viewing the inbox in incognito mode.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
