Created a form not sure what to do next

JMPS Futbol Summer Camp Registration 2020

created a form, now what.  Did not have to pay for the for but i want to distribute it to the parents.  what are my next steps. 

You do not have to pay to use this form. Please note that in free account, you can build 5 forms and receive 100 submissions including 10 payment submissions every month.

You can share your form URL with parents, they can access the form, fill it and submit it. The data will be captured and saved in form's submission page.
