I'm not impressed with the Square/Weebly checkout page and it's lack of customization, so i turned to Jotform to create an order/payment page - much better experience. (Still in the process of creating page, unsure if Square is truly connected/integrated or not)
But I am wondering if Square will be recording sales and updating inventory when orders are made through this form?
For example, if a customer orders 3 loaves of bread using the Jotform form, will those 3 loaves be deducted from the inventory I set up in Square?
I would greatly appreciate advice as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and help.

Hi,
You can integrate your form to Square by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/459-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Square
For example, if a customer orders 3 loaves of bread using the Jotform form, will those 3 loaves be deducted from the inventory I set up in Square?
- Unfortunately, that's not possible but you can try this workaround. Add an Inventory widget to your form and then calculate the total order using the Form Calculation widget. After that, you need to pass the Form Calculation Total to the Payment field.
Here's my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/201811680089051
