    Hi MorrConnected

Your form ID is the string of digits at the end of your form's URL (Internet address). Since all JotForm form URLs either start with "https://www.jotform.com/form/" or "http://form.jotform.com/", there needs to be a way to identify one form from another. Therefore, each ID is unique.

If you are constructing a form in the JotForm form builder, you can find its URL (which includes its ID) by clicking the "Preview" button in the toolbar. You can also see the ID if you click one of your forms in the list on the "My Forms" page and click the "Preview" button.

We hope you found this answer useful but if you need additional information on this or any other matter related to our forms, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Thanks.
