There are 8 Pending submissions for this form displayed in JotForm.
When someone tries to order using your form, he will be redirected to paypal and the submitted data will be kept in your pending submissions until paypal triggers jotform that it has completed payment. If someone abandons the order, the order will still be kept in your pending submissions for a period and you can modify the order to manually accept the submission or delete it.
No notification email is sent for pending submissions once the payment is processed
and completed at Paypal then the email is sent.
Only successfully paid orders are being recorded as a submission.
To view pending submissions:
1. Login to JotForm
2. Go to My Forms
3. Select The Form
4. Click on Submissions
5. Choose Pending Submissions.

Thanks but it would be great if there were some kind of notification sent by the form to let us know that people have used it/filled it out. We're trying to build a list of attendees to a seminar and need that data. Because the form does not generate any notification until PP processes the payment, seems a bit counter-intuitive at the very least, PLUS nevermind the fact that not one of these 8 people have "abandoned" anything! We have their payments showing they paid in our PayPal account! So, how do you explain that? This way of doing things forces us to log in here at JF and click through until we find the "pendings" and manually get the form submission info we need??? Bummer. Thanks for the explanation, tho.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I have checked your account and confirm that you have a couple of pending submissions. If you did receive the payments in your Paypal account succesfully, the pending submissions should automatically be counted as a completed submission, but that is not the case in your account.
Anyway, I will have this issue forwarded to our development team to have them find out the cause of this problem. Thank you for your patience.
