PROOF FOR PAYMENTS

Hello, I’m just being cautious for hackers since the payment for the forms will be done online. And also i’ll be paying my monthly bill for the forms. How can I make sure that the emails that I will receive and links that I will open is from you (jotform)? Also, for sharing my bank acc details and such. Also, if I delete my account from jotform, will it erase all my data? And bank details? Thank you!

I’m just being cautious for hackers since the payment for the forms will be done online. 

Our forms and the payment apps used are secure. The payment integration apps are also PCI DSS compliant, so the payment made via the form will be sure. If you are embedding the form, ensure that you are using secure URLs.

How can I make sure that the emails that I will receive and links that I will open is from you (jotform)?

Are you referring to the emails related to form submission? If yes, you can setup the Sender email of the forms as noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com.

If you are referring to any other account related emails, then the Sender email will contain our domain address. 

Also, if I delete my account from jotform, will it erase all my data? And bank details?

Yes, it will delete all data, forms associated with your account. Your bank details are not stored on your JotForm account.
