Can I transfer forms to a new account?

    Hi,

I used my gmail (ketan73@gmail.com) to create a Jotform account  for testing and I'm really impressed so far.

If I eventually create an account for work and provide proof of my earlier account (login and password etc) can the forms I already created be transferred over? This would save a lot of work . I'd ust need the forms and maybe some templates transferred.

    Tks

    Ketan

    Greetings Ketan.

    Thank you for your message.

If you wish to clone forms from one account to another, you can do this using the form URL. To learn more click here.

This will completely clone a form from one account to another (fields, style, conditions...), however, it will not clone the submission data.

If you need submissions to be moved as well, we can move the form to you. This will move your form with the submissions, and the form will be available only on one account. To move a form, you need to let us know the form URL you wish to move, and the username of the account where you wish to move the forms to.

Please note that you need to send us a message for the move while you are logged in to the account where forms are located.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.
