    Good day,

please I need to send a form partially filled to a list of users thet I imported in order to give the capability to update their submission.

I checked  a post where you suggest to use  the Prepopulate Form App to generate an URL

but in this way I need to create a url per user imported . correct?

Is there a way to do a bulk action?

I'm quite not sure if I got your concern correctly. User's who submitted your form can actually edit their submission using the edit link sent via Auto-Responder emails.

Kindly check the articles below on how to set up an Autoresponder email and include an edit link into your email template.

I hope this answers your query.

    tks for your reply.

no, users did not filled my form so they can not edit via Auto-responder.

I imported a list of users with some field assigned, than I complited my form with other info required.

each user should be able to edit the pre.filled form I I need to give them the link as the autoresponder .

now, I tried using the populate form app to generate the url..but i this way is 1 url each..

is it possible to generate a unic url to bulk send the link as autoresponder do?

    Thank you for your message.

In this case I create a demo for you[first]=John&name[last]=Doe&test1=2020&test2=2019.

As you can see the form is prefilled using the following guide: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters but, the problem is that you need to create one per user if you are going to make a personal fields like name for example.
