Can the user get proof they entered their form a receipt?

I want to have staff use a Covid Screen app on their phone, and be able to show the site that they complied with some sort of response email from Jot forms or better yet from our company, by flashing it on their phone. Kind of like when you buy a movie ticket online. Or purchase something on line and goto pick it up. I can't seem to find that function here.

If I have understood your requirements correctly, you would like to email a form receipt to your staff after the form is submitted. If so, then you will need to set up Notification and Autoresponder emails on your form to be sent after the form is submitted.
