JotForms are slow

    Technicians are getting stuck on the loading page particularly on 200407671100035 form.  Not sure why this is an issue but are you having network issue at the moment?

    Can you please let us know how are they filling the form? Are they using a Jotform App, or they are using a direct link?

    Are they using a handheld device or a pc? If they are using a phone, can you please let us know which one, and what browser they have tried?

    They are using phone and the Jotform App, the phone model is irrelevant because its doing it on different phone models that are ranging from Note9 to Galaxy S10

    They are using the app, the same app that your developers can not give us immediate answers as to why it is so buggy and not doing what it is expected. We are beyond aggravated because we have issues ongoing that have not been solved and now when I try to replicate the problem on my end, it does the same.  Which tells me JotForms is having issues

    I have tested a clone of the form ID:200407671100035 on my phone, and it loaded fine. 

    I have cleared your forms caches, hoping it fixes the issue, if it was caused by a simple glitch. 

    Let us know if the problem persists.
