Need my account account reactivated

    I just tried to logon and got a message that my account has be suspended by your phishing prevention system.  I'm not sure why I got this message.

    Please reactivate my account.

    Your account is suspended because your form "ACH Authorization" is used to collect the last 4 credit card digits. It is against our Terms of Use to collect any info that is related to credit cards. 

    If you want to collect payments, you need to use one of our Payment integrations.

    And if you want to collect payments on a later date, you can enable the payment authorization. 

    How to Enable Payment Authorization

    We can activate your account, but the guilty field has to be deleted from the form. Let us know if you agree with our Terms and we will delete the guilty field and activate the account.
