Is there any progress on the multi-page print bug?

Just noticed that this is an existing bug from a few months ago.  I have recently run into an issue with this and creating a rather lengthly form and it only printing the last page.  Has there been any progress with this?

For your information, this is not a bug, but rather a limitation with the browser's print capabilities. Jotform's Print button calls a JavaScript function called window.print() which the browser executes.

Unfortunately, browsers can only print information that is displayed and can be seen by the user. Since your "pages" are hidden when you arrive at the last page where the Print button is located, only the displayed page will be printed. That is the way browsers print a page.

Hope this post answers your questions. Let us know if there's anything else. Thank you.

That Sucks!!! I LOVE JotForm, and have the need for our clients to be able to print out the entire contract they have just filled in and agreed to but only the last page will print.

There should be an option that allows to PRINT ALL.

A ticket for this feature request has been opened and marked as important. We will notify our users in case this gets finished although I cannot give a lead time for completion as I am not privy of our development team's schedules.

In the meantime, I suggest that you do not add a print button yet if you use page breaks, or remove the page breaks altogether to allow printing of the whole filled form.

    Hey Neil,

    Thanks for the info mate,

What I would suggest as a way around the issue is to be able to add a
Print Button as a stand alone feature to any page so that we can print out each page at least

So for example the way I got around this for now was to add my own HTML
code for printing the page just above every page break

This gives the user the ability to print out each page as they go, or go
back and print out pages once they have completed the form

Here is the code I used:

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:window.print()">PLEASE Print This Page for your records!</a>

A great way for JotForm around this issue would be to just add a single standalone PRINT PAGE button that isn't associated with the submit form.

A simple but effective work around.

    Thanks again

Thank you for suggestion. I will definitely annotate that in the feature request ticket attached to this topic. We appreciate our users' inputs, and yours is no exception.

Sorry for the extremely delayed update, but I'd like to inform you that form pages are now printable. Please do try it out and send us your feedback.

    Best regards

    i Neil,

I am trying to put a print button on multiple pages and I see your reply from 2013 that says that form pages are now printable. I do not see that function when I try to edit my form.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

You've asked a follow-up question so I have moved it to this new thread here even though it is partially related.
