renewal price issue...

    Hi everybody!

    we are going to renew our annual "bronze" subscription, but I see our price would be $19/month (billed annually) and not $15.83 as reported on your official website offer page.

    I hope that VOC is important for you, because it is a little unfair to see higher prices as loyal customers, if compared to new ones.

    The price you are getting for Bronze monthly is $10 less than the current cost of the plan which is $29.  If you wish to pay $15.83 you may sign up for the Bronze yearly. (The new cost for the bronze yearly is $24).

    We do offer a %50 off for educational and nonprofit institution. You may apply for one of these discounts if you believe you are qualified.

    Hi everybody!

    Not qualified for 50% off, sorry…

    Well… I should have already been running a yearly subscription, isn’it?

    Otherways, please tell me what I have to do to get it as a yearly subscription for 15.83/month before next renewal, scheduled on next July 16, please.

    Maybe is it enough just to switch to it on our current billing page?

    Please can you confirm it to me?

    Hi Abiasinidmhrm,

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Since you are currently under the Bronze Plan, once you renew, it would charge you for the same amount of $190/yearly subscription.

    That would be perfect!

    But, please consider that I have no evidence of that now in my profile area: it is always showing $19 monthly (and not letting the user to be able to switch to to $15.83 monthly, annually billed).

    Any case that’s ok for $190/year.

    Please just mind that, due to my company legal address change, to get your correct invoice for my administration to be regularly processed, i’ll need the following update (I am not allowed to on account profile page):

    You can do it on my account data even under current running plan.

    Currently, you are on the Bronze yearly subscription ($190 per year). Your subscription will renew after two weeks at the same price ($190). You do not need to worry about this.
