Hello,
I had a Jot Form survey set up with a Google Sheet that displayed all the entries.
Yesterday I added an additional question to the survey and re-arranged a question. The Google Sheet did not update.
I went into the setting, clicked on "Integrations" and then clicked on Google Sheets. It told me it was already integrated with Google SHeets and gave me a link that just took me to the same sheet that isn't updated. I removed that integration so that I could integrate it again, thinking that would solve my problem. However, when I tried that, it just told me "this may take a while..." after literally a few hours I cancelled it and tried again. Left it to go over night and still, this morning it was still telling me to wait. I don't have that many entries on my survey so I can't imagine it should really take that long.
Help! How do I get a new Google Sheet to reflect the answers to the updated survey?

Hello Jessica - If you've made some major changes to the form (or with the integrated Sheet), it causes the integration to break. Unfortunately, you need to re-integrate it for the changes to reflect in the Sheet. However, doing so will create a new Sheet.
I have tried re-pushing the missing submissions to the Spreadsheet. If the new fields still don't appear, I'm afraid you need to re-integrate.
