I need to refund a customer, how do I do this?

Unfortunately, the option to refund a transaction processed through a form submission is not available within your JotForm account or form.

This can be done only from your payment processor's vendor account.

If you provide us with the form URL where you have the payment integration, we can help to find the corresponding user guide for refunds of your payment processor.
