Issue with HubSpot Integration

    Trying to integrate my HubSpot CMS account with JotForm. After authenticating my HubSpot account, I'm asked to match fields. However, there are no options in the drop down menu.

    Please let me know if this is a HubSpot issue or a Jotform issue. Happy to do whatever is necessary on my end to resolve the issue.

    Hello @renew.ddiskey,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    I have checked your account and I found that you are currently on a HIPAA compliant account. Due to HIPAA privacy policies, my ability to access your account for troubleshooting is very limited.

    However, after taking a look at your form titled Form, I can see that you do not currently have any form fields available.

    This is why you are not seeing any options in the HubSpot integration dropdown. Please add the necessary field to your form and then test this again.
