Hi, i would like to print the signed policy that the customers sign; however, when i try to print it's only printing the signature field. How do i print the entire policy? See my "Forms" form

    Hi,

Are you printing the submission data, email content, or the PDF?

The policy is a Paragraph field. You need to add it manually if you're referring to email content. If you're referring to the PDF document, you can add it by dragging the paragraph field to the PDF document. Here's a screencast:

Yeah I saw that option but I didn't want to do all that. Another issue too
is, when I dragged one of the field (the second one you dragged in the
example), it didn't fill in the "parents name".

May we know from what page in your JotForm account are you trying to print the submissions, please?

As for the Parent field not showing submitted data when you add it to the PDF document of your form, may we know if that happens to every submission, please? Does it also mean that the Parent field was filled when you view the submissions and the data is just not being added to the PDF document?

May we also ask that you share with us a screenshot of the issue you are having, please?
