Storage Engine is not available - 127.0.0.1:13306 (Too many connections)

    Hello,

    I just completed a new form, "BFC Release of Information". I went to my website to test it and this error was returned after hitting submit:

    Storage Engine is not available - 127.0.0.1:13306 (Too many connections)

    The link below is where the page is located: The button is "Release of information - Online".

    A post in the forum said to contact you for help.  Thank you.

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

    That was probably a temporary issue. When I submit a cloned version of your form, it seems to be working properly.
