Issues with Moneris Integration.; "No permission for:'cvd_info'" error.

    I am getting the following error when I try to submit payments through my JotForm.

    PAYMENT ERROR
    Moneris Error I: Cancelled: Transaction not allowed.No permission for:'cvd_info'

    I have talked with Moneris and CVD is enabled on my account

    This error usually occurs when your Store ID or/and API Token are incorrect. This will also bring an error on test mode such that you are able to view it and make edits. Please double-check to confirm the credentials are correctly entered.

    Credentials are confirmed and I am still receiving the following error:


    Will testing in Sandbox mode result in this error?

    It looks like you are using a live store id and your payment settings is set to Sandbox mode.

    If you want to test in Sandbox mode, please use the test credentials in this developer guide https://developer.moneris.com/en/More/Testing/Testing%20a%20Solution.

    If you want an actual payment testing, try disabling Sandbox and submit an actual test.

    Again, there are two credentials that you can use, production and sandbox credentials. Make sure that you are using the correct login.
