Why is the HTML Table Listing report restricting access unless logged into the owner's account?

Hi, thanks for your really good support so far.  Another question: I've got a form with a single input name, and when you click submit you are opting in.  There is a list below the button that shows people who already have opted in.  This is all working fine on my laptop, but when I use the form on my iPhone (and same for andriod) the list part of the screen says "Error   Your not authorised".

I am using an iFrame widget and an HTML Table Listing Report.  Is there a reason it works on the laptop but not phone browser?  Or is it because I am signed-in to the jotform site on my laptop but not the phone?

UPDATE: if I log out and use the form on my laptop, I also get the error.  So its to do with how the iFrame widget shares data it seams.  So I either need to know if there is a setting I can configure so external users can see this data, or I need a different approach for the list of names.

    Many thanks

    Jonathan

I've checked the report embedded on the form you provided and it's not password protected; however, I can see your account is configured to require the log in to view the submissions, that's why it shows the unauthorized message, you can change that on your account settings under the privacy section:

Here is the direct link where you can change that: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    I hope this helps.
