Freshbooks: Not able to Forward Custom Property Values

    I have intergrated the form with Freshbooks, but when I select products and it submits them to freshbooks, only the mail product description is listed on the freshbooks invoice. 

    For example, I have a "single vision lenses" product, but under this product there is the list of actual products that can be chosen.....these do not appear.

    For example....


    "Single Vision Lenses" is selected, with the "Standard Uncoated Lenses" from the multiple drop down also selected.


    but, just 


    "Single Vision Lenses" appears on the invoice....


    Same goes for postage etc.


    Can both be displayed on the freshbooks invoice? I appreciate you are not Freshbooks, but there must be some way the addtional data can be sent, so it can appear on the invoices?

    I have forwarded this to our level 2 support/developers. I guess this is our current settings. Only the main product items and quantity are captured. Custom Properties are not.

    Thanks so much. It would be most appreciated if it could be sorted out.....its quite an important factor for the product that I sell.
