    Hi there

I have a client who wants to use a payment button on a jotform.

They haven't yet set this up and are wanting to find out the best way to go about this. They want to use the form to register customers to their courses and be able to pay via credit card when they register. The client is in NZ.

What is the best payment option to use - Stripe or Eway?

Can you also let me know what the costs involved are to set this up as a form with a payment button if they use the starter package.

They are a not for profit organisation. Do you have special pricing for this?

If they set up a payment button, will it take the money in NZ dollars or US?

Can you like it to Xero accounting platform?

I look forward to your reply.

    Thanks

    Kylie

I would recommend you to evaluate which payment integration accommodates better to your needs, we have integrations with Stripe and eWay, you will find the steps to connect your form with each one on the following guides:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/190-How-to-Integrate-Stripe-with-your-Form

    https://www.jotform.com/help/594-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-eWAY

Regarding cots, Jotform does not charge a fee per transaction; however, we have limits implemented on the account usage and this includes the number of payments you can receive through your forms, free accounts can receive up to 10 payments, you can find the limits per plan on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

You can create a free account to build your form and integrate it with your payment processor. You can also change the integration currency and charge your users with your own currency.

Regarding the nonprofit discount, you can apply on the following link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

If you have any questions, let us know.

I forgot to mention that we do not have an integration with Xero, but you may connect Jotform with Xero through Zapier, here is the link with more information: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/xero

    I hope this helps.
