Order form not working

    Help! I created an order form here: http://form.jotform.ca/form/31854036700246 and it was working fine until I tried to add a checkbox for "pick up day", and all of a sudden the submission has stopped passing the produce information! Please help - this is an active form!!

    I tried to take the checkbox section back out, but the form is still not passing the produce formulas. How did I break it, and how do I get the functionality back?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. I've cloned your form and it seems to be working fine. The only issue that I've encounter upon cloning your form is this issue:

    If the issue is not related to the issue that I've encountered in your form, can you please provide us more information for further assistance?

    Hello there,
    I'm sorry, I disabled the form until I could fix it, since it's an active form with orders actually coming in. I've re-enabled it again, so you shouldn't get the message below. I tried to clone it myself last night, and this is what I kept getting:
    So the "produce" section was completely blank. It used to look like this:
    Does that help? I can't get my own cloned copy to work either...

    I checked your form and see it's working fine now. I did a test submission and see the "This week's produce" is displaying correctly in submission list.

    Request you to please check it and let us know if you continue to have this issue.

    Yep, it's working now: thanks so much! I've no idea what you did, but whatever it is, I really appreciate it.
    Now comes the hard part: this originally "broke" when I tried to put in a checkbox field in for "pick up days". I'm going to try and put it back in now, and hopefully I won't break it again this time...
