My orders are not being delivered to assigned email address

    Have test my email accounts and my orders are not being recieved when someone fills out a jotform.

    I checked our bounce list and found the email associated with your account.

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'DNS Soft Error looking up sepro= (MX) while asking recursive_nameserver1.parent. Error was: = unable to reach nameserver on any valid IP'

    I have since removed it so please try to make another test submission to verify but it should be working now. We apologize for the inconvenience. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks!
