Information missing in notifcation Email.

    Help - I’ve created a new form but not all the boxes are showing on the email after a client has submitted - how do I sort this?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I have cloned your JotForm to my account and able to replicate the issue at my end. It seems that there is an issue with the notification. Could you try creating a new notification so that the fields should be displaying normally in the email? You may delete the old notification after setting up the new notification on the form.
