    please can someone help me; when i recive an email from my form i always recive two emails for same form one from jotform one from sender

    Hello nemilos

    Your form has two email notifications that have each been configured to send submissions to the same email address. That's why you receiving two separate messages each time a submission is made. In order to receive just a single notification, you would need to delete one of them.

    Here's how:

    1. Load your form in your form builder (My Forms > Click form > Edit > Email Alerts)

    2. Click the notification that you wish to delete

    3. Click "Delete Email"

    4. Save the change
